BioAccel CSO Dr. Ron King Appointed to NIH Heart, Lung, and Blood Advisory Council

Dr. Ron King, Chief Science and Business Officer of BioAccel, has recently been appointed by the Secretary of Health to serve on the National Heart, Lung, and Blood (NHLBI) Advisory Council, at the National Institutes of Health. The Council advises the Secretary; the Director, NIH; and the Director, NHLBI on matters related to the activities carried out by and through the Institute and the policies respecting those activities. The Council is made up of 18 members representing the country's leading representatives of health and scientific disciplines, including public policy, law, health policy, economics, and management. Dr. King will be serving a four-year term.
