John Linehan

(Chicago, IL) John H. Linehan, Ph.D. is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University, and a Consulting Professor of Bioengineering in Stanford University’s Biodesign Program. He is also an educational advisor to 5 universities in Ireland helping initiate BioInnovate – Ireland. His current research interests concern the medical device innovation process, health technology assessment, and comparative effectiveness. He was responsible for implementing and managing the International Biomedical Engineering Educational Summit meetings (2000 & 2005) and the national Academic Leadership Program for developing young faculty leaders.
