Mark Slater Ph.D.

(Phoenix, AZ) Mark Slater, Ph.D. has served as Vice President for Research at Honor Health and Chief Executive for the Honor Health Research Institute since 2007, when the organization was known as Scottsdale Healthcare.  In this capacity, Dr. Slater has developed a collaborative institute without walls to bring tomorrow’s cures to our community today through accelerating translational and clinical research in precision medicine.  Collaborative relationships with TGen, ASU, UA and many other top local, national and international organizations have resulted in international recognition for breakthrough innovations in medical care, attracting patients from 49 states and two dozen countries to our community for trials.
